Co-founding Pelimingo in the heart of Palm Beach, Anna Miller and Carrie Murray were inspired by their shared love of design, fashion, and the creative energy of their home and community. Anna’s background in art and design, and Carrie’s passion for creating and marketing handmade pieces, naturally magnetized them. Both raising families on the island and surrounded by a strong network of local women-owned businesses, Anna and Carrie saw an exciting opportunity to create a jewelry brand that reflects the timeless style of Palm Beach, while capturing a more personal story.

At the crux of their brand is the idea that jewelry shouldn’t be worn, but rather should be a part of you. They intentionally design pieces to be layered, customized, and worn every day, with the intention that their stories will transcend generations. Anna and Carrie shared the inspiration they draw from the natural beauty of Palm Beach, spanning from its distinct architecture to the ocean and gardens. Building Pelimingo had deepened their friendship, highlighting their distinct business and creative superpowers. They keep their brand grounded in one simple rule: “only create pieces we would wear ourselves”. While the Pelimingo journey has come with challenges, it has also taught them resilience and the importance of trusting the process.
